with Miele and Barone Pizzini: when design meets flavor in a journey through shapes, tastes, and stories

Chez Valcucine is an exclusive communication developed by Valcucine, Miele and Barone Pizzini. Designed as a series of curated events for design professionals, it's far more than a standalone initiative. This strategic collaboration draws upon the shared values of the three brands—well-being, timelessness, innovation, and sustainability—to amplify their message and inspire the industry.

At its heart, Chez Valcucine is about enhancing lives through timeless and durable design that transcends trends, fostering innovation through research and new communication styles, and prioritizing sustainable materials and processes. This shared vision drives the pursuit of excellence.

Each chapter of Chez Valcucine, crafted in collaboration with Zelo Networking by Lorenza Dalla Pozza, explores these values through unique culinary experiences. Guests embark on a sensory journey through and craftsmanship, hosted in the elegant showrooms of Valcucine in Milan, Rome, and Turin.

Celebrating Excellence Through Culinary Art

Chez Valcucine has welcomed some of the brightest stars in cuisine and mixology, including:

  • Lucas Kelm, a world-traveling mixology expert.
  • Antonio Romano, a Michelin-starred chef blending tradition and innovation.
  • Raffaele de Mase, an internationally acclaimed executive chef.
  • Giuseppe Amato, an award-winning pastry chef harmonizing the present and future of dessert-making.

These talents interpreted the brand values—well-being, timelessness, innovation, and sustainability—through creative menus featuring welcome cocktails, canapés, main courses, desserts, and carefully curated wine pairings by Barone Pizzini.

The Chez Valcucine Journey

Milan hosted the inaugural event at the Valcucine Milano Brera | Spotti showroom. Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler celebrated sustainability with locally sourced appetizers, well-being with balanced first courses, and innovation with bold pairings for the mains.

In Rome, the Valcucine Valcucine Roma Trastevere | Fattorini showroom showcased the theme of longevity through modern takes on traditional dishes. Guests savored the exclusive Pomelo by Valcucine Roma Trastevere cocktail, making the event a perfect networking opportunity.

The second Roman event at Valcucine Roma Eur | Anzalone highlighted sustainable, local ingredients in a gourmet menu appreciated by guests, including culinary critic Luigi Cremona.

In Turin, at Valcucine Torino | Oikos Margaria, the spotlight was on the fusion of tradition and experimentation. Exclusive cocktails like Fizz is Gold and daring dishes left an indelible mark.

The final stop of Chez Valcucine 2024 returns to Milan, closing the series with a creative reinterpretation of the values uniting Valcucine, Miele, and Barone Pizzini.

Chez Valcucine represents more than a series of events; it's a cultural and sensory journey. Each event not only showcased culinary excellence but also fostered meaningful connections, reinforcing Valcucine's commitment to values that transcend time and trends.
