Artematica Vitrum with New Logica by Valcucine wins the Archiproducts Design Awards
We are thrilled to communicate that Valcucine is the winner of the prestigious Archiproducts Design Awards 2024, thanks to Artematica Vitrum with New Logica (designed by Gabriele Centazzo). This is a significant milestone for a design icon, able to evolve over time and to interpret the contemporary taste.
Now in their ninth edition, the Archiproducts Design Awards (ADA) celebrate the excellence in design across various categories, highlighting the most innovative products that seamlessly combine aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Each year, a multidisciplinary jury of influential architects, designers and creative directors from different fields evaluates hundreds of submissions, selecting winners that set new benchmarks in design.
The winners were announced in Milan on November 14 during an exclusive party at Superstudio, bringing together designers, companies, and journalists from around the world.
Archiproducts Design Awards 2024 honors Artematica Vitrum with New Logica for its unique design
Artematica features Vitrum surfaces, a very expressive material, capable of transmitting sensations of unexpected and astonishing lightness, without giving up to practicality. Resistant to scratches, heat, and stains, the glass surface ensures longevity, minimizing the need for replacements over time. Moreover, thanks to research and an eco-conscious use of materials, glass becomes the utmost expression of eco-sustainable design, making it possible to manufacture 100% recyclable products that are as dematerialised as possible, have no formaldehyde emissions and guarantee a long technical and aesthetic life. Thanks to these unique qualities – possessed by no other material – glass becomes an example for circular economy in which today's products are tomorrow's resources.
Valcucine's sustainable production practices further enhance the environmental value of the kitchen, as it is crafted with eco-friendly materials and processes.
Artematica is paired with New Logica Special Element, among the most innovative elements designed by Gabriele Centazzo. New Logica is characterized by upper tilting doors and downward sliding doors that open and close smoothly to reveal its full functionality. Thanks to the high level of modularity and flexibility, it allows the kitchen to adapt to the evolving needs of its users. This design philosophy based on the personalization promotes a longer product lifespan, reducing waste and the need for replacements.
