Valcucine wins at the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025
Valcucine has been honored with two major accolades at the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025, further strengthening its position among the leading names in international design. The prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 Gold was awarded to New Logica – the revolutionary ergonomic backsplash featuring tilting upper doors and downward-sliding panels – while Architectural Scenarios, the event-exhibition created in the Milan showroom in collaboration with renowned international designers, received an award in the Interior Architecture category.
These awards are a testament to Valcucine's design excellence, as we continue to innovate by exploring the relationship between kitchens, ergonomics, and architecture.
New Logica wins the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 Gold
New Logica (designed by Gabriele Centazzo) stood out among thousands of entries, earning the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 Gold, the competition's highest distinction, granted only to a select number of outstanding projects.
The jury recognized the New Logica Special Element – competing in the “Product” discipline, “Kitchen” category – for its ability to revolutionize the kitchen experience, enhancing both freedom of movement and user well-being. The system, characterized by tilting upper doors and downward-sliding panels, opens and closes with a smooth motion, revealing or concealing equipment and functionalities as needed. The recent redesign has further optimized internal organization, dividing the space into three main areas – cooking, washing, and preparation – while enriching the functional zones with new walnut accessories. Additionally, a new cover panel for the counterweight mechanism allows for the addition of wall units above the Special Element, making full use of the wall height and achieving seamless integration with tower units.
The jury justified the award with the following statement:
“The New Logica Kitchen system by Valcucine is an innovative solution for open-plan kitchen and living room areas, allowing the kitchen to be discreetly concealed when not in use. This design offers a practical, well-organized way of accessing and using kitchen space. The execution here is truly exceptional and the combination of premium materials and maximized functionality inspiring”.
Architectural Scenarios wins the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025

With Architectural Scenarios, Valcucine redefines the concept of the showroom, transforming it into a space that enhances the integration between kitchen and architecture. This innovative setup at the Milan flagship store, unveiled during Milano Design Week 2024, received the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 in the “Interior Architecture” discipline, “Trade Fairs/Exhibitions” category
The project featured Valcucine kitchens reinterpreted by three renowned international architecture and interior design studios – ARRCC, i29, and Neri&Hu – each placing them in unique domestic settings, highlighting their flexibility and ability to adapt to different styles, cultures, and design sensibilities.
The jury recognized the significance of Architectural Scenarios with the following statement:
“Architectural Scenarios showcased Valcucine's kitchen program's versatility within architecture. The exhibition, run in the Valcucine's Milan flagship store, was the celebration of the kitchens designed by Valcucine designer and founder Gabriele Centazzo featuring interior design interpretations by ARRCC, i29 and Neri&Hu. Blending creativity, technical expertise, and sustainability, each scenario offered unique perspectives, merging luxury and innovation. This event redefined retail spaces, emphasizing inspiration and engagement”.
