New Valcucine monobrand store in Dongguan, China

A new Valcucine kitchens showroom has been recently launched in Dongguan, China, along with our partner Der Küchen who has a long term experience and collaborations with well-known design studios such as Jiu Xi, Shen Shang Xian, Guangzhou One Four Design Consultant e Dazhi Decoration Design Co. Ltd.

The store is located in a high visibility area, a few steps away from Dongguan Exhibition Centre where the most important fairs take place. The new Valcucine monobrand store is developed on two floors, with big windows that overlook on three sides and give great visibility to the most symbolic kitchens of the brand.

“At the core of the display, you can find the beauty of the finishes along with the great functionality of the Special Elements, designed to upgrade simplicity in the kitchen, by offering new experiences of use” says Zhan. “Each product is enhanced to its fullest: we want our clients to be fascinated and shook by the unique solutions displayed in our showroom”.

To welcome the visitor, we find a Genius Loci kitchen with a corner and island composition. Its distinctive element is the H8 slanting drawer that runs across the textured surfaces, like a line on an artist's canvas.

Genius Loci kitchen drawers, that can be customised using various handcrafted finishes and embellishments, are here displayed in Metal Natural Brass and Marble Cubes. A tribute to Italian expertise, in the name of the tales of excellence that have always inspired the design of our kitchens.

To further enhance ergonomics, the kitchen is fitted with the Special Element Air Logica with V-Motion: hands-free, a simple gesture moves the large doors, synchronous with the tap gliding into position and the lights turning on, all courtesy of a concealed sensor that detects any movement of the hand.

The island is marked out by the H72 Equipped Bridging Frame. Designed to separate space without enclosing it, this element is provided with a rich array of accessories such as a light strip for a clearer view of the worktop, integrated electrical sockets, a splash guard that can be fitted with shelves and sliding containers and the glass shelf that offers an additional, useful surface space.

In the new Valcucine space in Dongguan we can find the Special Element New Logica, in the back to wall version and flushed tower units in Gloss Graphic Vitrum Butterfly wing pattern. The glass is combined with other noble and refined materials such as the Precious Distressed Brass Metal of the base units that gives a note of light to the environment and the Antalya Gray Marble of the worktop, characterized by a timeless aesthetic.

Operative and convivial, the kitchen island is provided with Logica Theca Special Element: the evolution of the equipped back section is displayed in Antalya Grey Marble H18 floor standing version. Logica Theca is a storing element, with a single door that can be perfectly integrated with the kitchen worktop and can hold small utensils, containers, electrical sockets and much more.

The choice of Tactile Walnut for base units, back panels and breakfast bar helps to add warmth to the environment.

Among the kitchens displayed in the new monobrand store in Dongguan, Logica Celata stands out, the latest development in smart research that makes over space and reinvents ergonomics. Displayed in the D96 kitchen version, it is customised using Vitrum Arte, a technique exclusive to Valcucine by which designs are created by hand using an extraordinary inlay technique.

Logica Celata is combined with Genius Loci island that features the undercounter drawer as the distinguishing trait of the kitchen. The H8 Burnished Tactile Oak drawer integrates perfectly with the volume and the material of the worktop. The search of the precious and textured details of the finishes is displayed through the Steel structured lacquer chosen for the base units.

In the island, the wide washing area derives from the Carrara Marble Floating worktop. The integrated sink has the same finish as the worktop to create an elegant effect of aesthetical continuation. The solution of the tap integrated in the stone module, creates a sort of waterfall effect.

At the second floor of the monobrand store in China, a Forma Mentis kitchen is displayed; an original combination of volumes and warm toned wooden, stone and metal effect finishes.

Another distinctive element of the project is the red aluminum profile that runs all along the worktop edge: it simultaneously enhances its functionality and gives charisma to the composition.

Forma Mentis is showed with Valcucine Special Elements such as the H1 stainless steel equipped back section that allows you to take full advantage of the worktop depth D80 in favour of greater ergonomics.

Among the Special Elements, the Aerius Wall Unit stands out in its elegant Tactile Vitrum Velato Butterfly wing pattern. Thanks to a light and noiseless, ultra-slim, lift-up door, the wall unit opens upwards with a touch of the hand and stays in place for all the time necessary. This makes it possible to work at leisure while the cabinet stays open, without having to continuously open and close a traditional door.
