Valcucine with Identità Expo at Expo 2015

On the occasion of the Universal Exhibition in Milan, Valcucine is present within the format Identià Expo, a major event in the event that features the high cuisine. For six months, lessons, events, lectures and cooking shows animate the space that houses a temporary restaurant of excellence, where are hosted the best chefs in the Italian and international scene.

Valcucine leader in the of innovative, ecofriendly and high-quality cuisine is the protagonist of the show cooking space on the first floor of the concept. The Artematica  with the innovative New Logica System equipped back channel is the scenario of the greatest chefs performances.

In calendar illustrious names as the chef  Massimo Bottura, patronof Osteria Francescana in Modena, followed by others as Ugo Alciati Carlo Cracco, Giancarlo Perbellini, Enrico and Roberto Cerea, Gennaro Esposito, Marco Stabile, Emanuele Scarello, Moreno Cedroni, Davide Oldani, Pino Cuttaia, Francesco Apreda, David Scabin, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, to name a few.
