Code of ethics
Valcucine has adopted a Code of Ethics drawn up taking into account the applicable national and international standards, guidelines and best practices regarding respect for human rights, the principles of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance. The main reference sources of the Code of Ethics are: the Charter of Human Rights, the ILO (International Labour Organisation) Conventions, the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development), the principles of Social Accountability 8000, the European Union Treaties, the Italian Constitution.
The adoption of the Code of Ethics intends to meet the needs and expectations of all internal and external stakeholders, including potential ones (collaborators, partners, customers, suppliers, public administration, etc.) and this in order to allow the company to present itself as a transparent and oriented reality. Respect for ethical and behavioural standards.
